Seven Potions Beard Balm

A leave-in balm for beards that need more than oil: extra conditioning, softening and enough hold to keep stray hairs in line. Seven Potions makes it in England from vegan ingredients, in Citrus Tonic and Woodland Harmony.

Fragrance

Two scents, both built on natural essential oils. Seven Potions publishes the key notes rather than a full pyramid.

• Citrus Tonic: lemon, cedarwood. Fresh and invigorating.
• Woodland Harmony: cedar, sandalwood. Woody, with soft, sweet and warm accents.

Performance

Coconut, apricot kernel, sweet almond, peach kernel, jojoba and kukui nut oils, set with cocoa and shea butters and carnauba and rice waxes. Warm a small amount between your fingers and work it through the beard. It softens and moisturises, and the waxes give a light hold.
