Refund policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, because we deal in cosmetic and hygiene-sensitive products, there are strict legal requirements regarding returns.

↩️ 14-Day Return Window

In accordance with UK and EU law, you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After 14 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

⚖️ Eligibility & Hygiene Requirements

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns if the item is in its original, unopened, and unused condition with all tamper-evident seals intact.

  • "Software" (Soaps, Creams, EdPs, Balms): For health and hygiene reasons, these cannot be returned if the seal is broken or the product has been opened.
  • "Hardware" (Razors, Brushes, Blades): These are considered hygiene-sensitive items. We cannot accept returns if the original sterile packaging or seals have been tampered with or if the item has been handled.
  • Blades: For safety reasons, individual packs of blades cannot be returned if the outer wrap is opened.

Note: If we receive a returned item that has been opened or used, no refund will be issued, and the item will be disposed of for hygiene reasons.

📩 How to Start a Return

Please do not send items back without first requesting a return. Unauthorized returns cannot be accepted and will be refused at the warehouse.

  1. Contact us at hello@agentshave.co.uk with your order number.
  2. If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and specific instructions.
  3. Domestic (UK) Returns: We cover the shipping cost for approved domestic returns (standard service only).
  4. International Returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any associated customs fees. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

🛠️ Damages, Defects, and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong thing, contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund at our expense.

📦 Undeliverable & Refused Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect/arrange redelivery:

  • Return-to-Sender Fees: Any fees charged to us by the courier to return the package will be deducted from your refund.
  • Customs Refusals: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for parcels refused due to unpaid customs/import duties. Please refer to our Shipping Policy.
  • UK/EU Refunds: We refund the item cost plus the standard outbound shipping rate. Express shipping upgrades are non-refundable.

💰 Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks can take additional time to post the credit to your account.
