Stacey Halabuda Shaving Bowl
Agent Shave x Stacey Halabuda Artisan Shaving Bowl Collection
The exclusive Agent Shave x Stacey Halabuda artisan shaving bowl collection is handcrafted in South Wales. Each of these limited-edition ceramic shaving bowls has been individually shaped and glazed, making every piece truly unique. Designed for the discerning wet shaver, these shaving bowls combine craftsmanship with functionality, offering a superior lathering experience.
Every shaving bowl is unique, handmade with care. Starting with 450g of clay, Stacey wedges into a ball to ensure no air bubbles are present. The shaving bowl is then 'thrown' on the wheel and given the circular grooves while still wet. The shaving bowl will sit for a day or two before they are trimmed and given a foot ring for a more refined shape. Drying takes two weeks before the first kiln firing. Once through the bisque, the shaving bowl will have up to 6 layers of glaze and then fired up to 1250 degrees. Once cooled, each shaving bowl is sanded on the base providing a nice smooth foot ring. Every glaze will differ slightly.
We are thrilled with this first batch of shaving bowls!

Why Use a Shaving Bowl?
A shaving bowl helps to achieve a rich, creamy lather when using traditional shaving soap or cream. Unlike face lathering, a shaving bowl helps you control the lather’s consistency, ensuring optimal hydration and cushion for a smoother, more comfortable shave.
How to Use Your Artisan Shaving Bowl
- Prepare Your Shaving Brush – Soak your shaving brush in warm water for a minute, then shake off excess moisture.
- Load the Soap – Swirl the damp brush over your shaving soap or add a small amount of shaving cream into the bowl.
- Build the Lather – Using circular motions, whip up a thick, luxurious lather against the textured bottom of the shaving bowl. Add a few drops of water if needed.
- Apply & Shave – Once you’ve achieved the perfect lather, apply it to your face and enjoy a traditional wet shave experience with your safety razor.
Whether you’re a seasoned pro or new to wet shaving, this handmade artisan shaving bowl is a statement piece that enhances both form and function. Available in a variety of glazed colour finishes, this collection is exclusive to Agent Shave – once they're gone, they’re gone!
