Agent Shave Returns Policy
You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receipt, and we will provide you with a refund. The goods returned must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging. The original postage cost is not refundable and the returned postage is payable by you and not refundable by us.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of us receiving the items, however we will do our utmost to process the refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond as quickly as we can with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Please note that due to hygiene reasons razor blades are not eligible for return.
Delivery & Packaging
Delivery is available worldwide. Your products will be packaged and posted within 48 hours of receipt of your order Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm. Orders placed at the weekend will be processed within 48 hours from 9am on the following Monday.

All our parcels are shipped by Royal Mail second class (2-3 working days):
• Orders over £15 – FREE UK DELIVERY
• Orders under £15 - £3.00

All international deliveries are shipped by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed as follows:
• Europe - £12 (3-5 working days)
• World Zone 1 - £15 (5-7 working days) *
• World Zone 2 - £17 (5-7 working days) *

You are not able to purchase items from us when we are out of stock. Please continue to monitor the site for items returning to stock.

Placing an order with us is secure using PayPal. All payments are secured using 256 bit encryption and payment details are never stored on our system. Please rest assured when ordering from Agent Shave your details are safe.

It is illegal in the UK to purchase razor blades and razors when under the age of 18. By accepting our Terms & Conditions you are confirming you're aged 18 or over.
