We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) up to a maximum of 4 working days.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 service which means you will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. We recommend that you provide us with a delivery address where it is likely you will be able to receive the parcel.

Royal Mail aim to deliver Tracked 48 within 2-3 working days. If your item has not been delivered by the anticipated due date plus 7 working days, please contact us for further advice.

You are not able to purchase items from us when we are out of stock. Please continue to monitor the site for items returning to stock.

Christmas Delivery 2024

All orders received before 9am on Friday 20th December 2024 will be shipped in time for Christmas, any orders received after this date and 9am on Monday 23rd December 2024 will ship however will not be guaranteed by Christmas.

Our warehouse is closed between Monday 23rd December 2024 and Thursday 2nd January 2024. Orders may show as shipped in this time, however we have no physical Royal Mail collection until Thursday 2nd January 2024 due to our premises being closed. 


Age Restricted Items

Under the Offensive Weapons Act 2019, all items classified as a Bladed Product (such as a razor blade tuck or safety razor which includes a blade), will require an adult to be present to receive the order and provide proof of age upon delivery.

We use the Royal Mail Age Verification service to comply with the regulations. Royal Mail use the Challenge 25 procedure so if you look under 25 you may be asked to provide proof of age using identification such as a passport or driving licence.

Returns Policy

You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receipt, and we will provide you with a refund. The goods returned must be unused, unopened and in the original packaging. The original postage cost is not refundable and the returned postage is payable by you and not refundable by us.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of us receiving the items, however we will do our utmost to process the refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond as quickly as we can with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note that due to hygiene reasons we are unable to offer returns on used razors, blades or shaving brushes, unless the items is faulty.

Leaf Shave Refunds and Returns

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Leaf razor, we will refund 100% of your purchase price (less discounts) within 30 days of your purchase, together with any sales taxes you paid when purchasing from Agent Shave. 

You must return your razor with the original packaging if wishing to return under the Leaf guarantee. If you have purchased Leaf accessories such as stands, blades or sleeves, these are not covered under the guarantee. 


Before you return your item, you will need to notify us of your intent to return any such items, providing your order number and you will receive an authorisation with return instructions. You will be responsible for the cost of returning your Leaf Shave product to us, and your returned items must be received within 10 business days of return authorisation approval.

Razors must be returned in a clean condition, if we have to clean your razor prior to undertaking warranty work we will charge a cleaning fee of £5.

Returns under the Leaf limited warranty will be at cost to the customer and covers the following defects:

  • Screw closure mechanisms that no longer work
  • Pivot mechanisms that no longer work as intended
  • Springs that have broken or fallen out
  • Magnets that have fallen out
  • Zinc alloy parts that have fractured under normal use.

The Leaf limited warranty does not cover:

  • 'Cosmetic Damage' which is defined as scratches, scuffs, stains, colour changes, normal wear and tear or other non-functional changes in the appearance of the razor that occurs during normal handling. Matte finishes can be susceptible to cosmetic damage.
  • Loss of functionality due to user modification, alteration or neglect.

For any return requests over 12 months from purchase, we will also charge a £5 administration fee to return the item to you which will be invoiced via Paypal. 

Security & Payments

Placing an order with us is secure using PayPal. All payments are secured using 256 bit encryption and payment details are never stored on our system. Please rest assured when ordering from Agent Shave your details are safe.

Age Restricted Items

It is illegal in the UK to purchase razor blades and razors when under the age of 18. By accepting our terms & conditions you are confirming you're aged 18 or over.

How long do we keep hold of your information?

We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.

By law we are required to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for six years after they cease being customers for tax purposes. These are minimum periods, during which we have a legal obligation to retain your records.

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data. We’ll comply with this request, subject to the restrictions of our regulatory obligations and legitimate interests as noted above.
